    Bought 2 vehicles from this company in August 2022 and still no titles and owner refuses to get them as promised

    I personally bought  this vehicle for scrap with title from a daughter of the owner of the vehicle. After I bought the vehicle *********************  decides he wants to buy it from me. Well we both didn't know the daughter signed the title wrong until after ***** put $500 in parts on this vehicle and went to go resell that he noticed the title was signed wrong. Well after contacting the owner thats name was on title the lady was mad thatll it was being fixed and said she wanted the vehicle back. ********************* said no that he wanted 1400$ for the vehicle now. When she sold it for scrap for $200. So in tern he is asking me to get him a title when this now is between him and the owner to get him a title.she need to go file for duplicate title and sign it Correctly. So he continues to harrass me, drive by my house. Have all his friends call me all hours to of the night.  When my business has nothing todo with either transaction. This was a personal venture we both decided to do and now he thinks he can put bad reviews on my ****** and now send BBB complaint and get something done. When its just as much his fault as it is my for not looking at title and how it was signed. When I bought it for scrap it wouldnt matter if title is signed incorrectly. So I didnt care how it was signed because when I scrap the vehicle the title doesnt matter to scrap yard. So I never thought twice about looking for correct signature. So there is nothing that should go against my business for this complaint. When my business had nothing todo with me Littletons transaction. There is no reciept that says Dk Roadside sold ********************* any vehicles. There for this complaint should have 0 merit. He should take me to civil court over this matter. Dk Roadside Assistance LLC and ********************** are not affiliated in anyway Nor did Dk Roadside Assistance LLC ever sell ********************** a vehicle. I hope you see this for what it is a personal transaction between ************************* and *********************.
