    Jim Lancaster of High Performance Construction did a stellar job as the GC coordinating our master bath renovation. Jim was responsive and attentive throughout the project, promptly resolved the handful of minor issues that arose, and led the team of performers to deliver a finished project that we are very pleased with.     Excellent work by *** and HPC on my roof replacement. They handled all the interactions with my insurance company, was flexible about payment, and was efficient handling subcontractors for my solar panels. Priced appropriately, and turned around the whole process in less than six weeks (most of which was waiting on solar panels). Highly recommend.

    High Performance Construction did a roof replacement, gutter replacement, and full exterior paint job, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Mr. *** (owner) made the entire process with our insurance so easy with his attention to detail, dedication to the job, and full understanding. We chose our roof color, paint color, and gutter color and within the week each project was done. The workers were on time, very professional, and cleaned up well after each job. Mr. *** was there for each project to ensure we understood what was going on and sent multiple picture updates. Straight forwardness and honesty go a long way in this world and Mr. *** portrays both! Thank you!!

    High performance replaced my shingles, gutters, and painted the house, and was involved with it up to the end. Work on the house was done done by High Performance by the prior owner, so we used this company again. Did a great job.

    5 Stars for High Performance Construction! They just did a roof replacement and full exterior paint job, and I couldn't be more pleased. The workers were on time, very professional, and did a fabulous job. The owner, *************************, was involved from the beginning to the end. He checked up on the workers, kept us in the loop with all the work timelines, submitted all the insurance paperwork, and took the time to explain everything. His personal attention to the job was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to use HPC again!

    High Performance Construction is the real deal! They did siding repair and house painting for me in the last few years and I just had that project done again. Communication, explanation and attention to detail IS HPC. *** is wonderful and patient. It is SO nice to find someone honest and trustworthy. The team was great and hardworking. *** has even offered me assistance in finding help with some other non-related projects I need help with. Trust HPC, you wont be disappointed!     High Performance Construction did an amazing job with replacing our roof! *** is very professional and cordial. He took the time to explain the entire process and set expectations for the project. He responded to every single text and phone call very promptly. He was present at all times (when the insurance estimator came to inspect the roof and while the roof contractors where here doing the job). He made sure everything was done with high standards and we are thankful for *** and his team for making the entire process painless. My husband and I highly recommend High Performance Construction. It's hard to find reliable people, so thank you HPC for your commitment to quality! We appreciate you!

    We had a great experience with this company when we had our roof replaced so we knew exactly who to call when we decided to remodel 2 bathrooms and other miscellaneous upgrades in our home. All sub-contractors were excellent - professional and trustworthy. *** made frequent stops by the house to check on progress and approve the work. He was completely upfront about all costs and did a great job overseeing this project which was completed within our timeframe. He works with a lot of military folks (including us) and we all give his name out frequently. I was out of state for a good portion of the time he was working on this project and he worked well with me by calling, texting, and sending videos and pictures. Highly recommend him if you have a project you need completed while you are out of town. *** is easy to work with and very thorough.

    High performance did an amazing job replacing my neighbors roof and painting her house so I was aware of how great the company is prior to contacting them. As soon as I found out my home was damaged due to hail, I immediately knew who to contact. I live in Georgia so it was great to find a trustworthy company that was able to fix my home from the June hail storm. *** was able to survey my property and find additional damage that the insurance adjuster didnt see. I had 8 damaged windows that the adjuster completely missed. I had my fence fixed/painted, my roof replaced, and the external damage on my house repaired (including gutters and spouts). Not only did he fix the hail damage areas on my house, but he also fixed covered/patched areas of wood rot that were supposed to be fixed by a very crappy company I hired to paint my house last year. I highly highly recommend High Performance Construction. *** always made sure I understood what was going and kept me in the loop about the timeline of items being fixed. He made sure he had my approval prior to performing any work (not all contractors do that). I will be contacting this company again if I ever need any repairs done on my home.

    *** at HPC was referred to us by our neighbor to help assess hail damage we had at our house. This simple referral turned out to be a huge blessing as *** is an extremely involved, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly individual. From the first time we met, it was evident that *** goes above and beyond for his clients. He made sure to be present when the insurance assessor came to our house in order to make sure nothing was missed and our claim was maximized. He helped us communicate with our insurance company to make sure we understood the claim process from his end and theirs. He provided a detailed plan of the work to be done and when and stuck to his schedule. What impressed me the most was how *** made himself available to us at any time throughout the process of having the hail damage at our house. Even though he has multiple clients, ***'s organization and attention to detail made us feel as if we were the only people he was working with. Additionally, *** spent his a large amount of his own preparing a supplement to the original insurance claim, making sure that our insurance company covered the entire extent of the damage. His supplement was so detailed and accurate that our insurance company accepted it on the spot. Finally, *** values quality work. When it came to the painting of our house, *** made sure that the painters took the requisite time to prepare the house for painting by scraping, caulking, and priming large areas. This attention to detail is noticeable and our house looks amazing because of it. When *** found an issue with our roof outside of our claim, he fixed it for us for a minimal charge. For all of these reasons I give *** and HPC my highest recommendation. He will be my go to contractor for any work at my house in the future.
