5 starsWe used Knights for a roof replacement as well as a gutter fix, and honestly cannot say enough good things about ****** and his crew. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, their crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and kept the area around our home clean throughout the process. If you're looking for a roofing company thats honest, reliable, and does top-notch work, I highly recommend Knights Restoration. 5 starsAbsolutely above and beyond my expectations. ****** and Demarus were absolutely amazing. The crew was absolutely amazing. The quality of work was better than even I expected, having worked in the construction industry my entire life. They fixed things I was not expecting them to. ****** kept us updated with videos through the entire process. He stayed late to give us personal updates. He is personally so engaged, so amazing. I cannot recommend knights enough. They have made myself and my wife have faith in a handshake again.Review fromEric H

5 starsTo start off I want to thank Knights Restoration Roofing for a great job repairing my roof. Let me tell you a little story about my first experience being a first-time home owner, for theres a lot to learn I can tell you that. There are two main rules *** learned to follow and trust. One is to always make sure to do your own research; and the other, make sure to follow your gut.I had nice neighbors with good intentions who recommended me a roofing company whove worked on their roof and other things on their property. We decided to hire them when we had our first roof damaged. To my knowledge, I would say the people who worked for them overpromised, under-delivered on the completion of the roofing project, and took the leftover supplies in their own personal vehicles. Last years hail damages were not very pretty. The days after the hail would occur, there would be so many roofing companies running around to people homes. A lot of them were trying so hard to get me to hire them by either using pressure or big words to get you to go with them. It was a very annoying experience and I was very upset about it.There was a company who came by and treated me well, that company was Knights Restoration Roofing. I highly recommend this company because they respect the homeowners; they dont pressure you to hire them; they're very professional and they explain things to you step by step so you can understand how they want to help you. They took their time to even show pictures of what needed to be done, a video of what theyve done, and pictures when theyve completed the project. If they have any extra materials they didnt use, they will leave it at your house. Or you can tell them to return it and they will reimburse your insurance the differences. They will call you after a few months to see if they can stop by to check on the roofing to make sure everything is stable. This company is family owned. Give them a chance and you wont be disappointed. I know I wasnt.Review fromWhitney M

5 starsIt is rare these days to find a really good contractor. But I must give Knights Restoration the highest possible rating. Everything, and I mean everything, was excellent. From the initial inspection, to the project planning, to coordination with the insurance company, to open communications with the home owner, to project execution, to clean up, and to a final walkthrough. Perfection is the best description. And to top it all off, ****** and ******* are really great people! I highly recommend Knights Restoration!Review fromSammy P

5 starsI dont write reviews but working with ****** at Knights Restoration was amazing, I had to. They fixed my roof after a hail storm damaged my roof. I was previously working with another company but cut ties because they were unresponsive and took forever to get anything done but not Knights Restoration. I worked with ******. ****** was professional, friendly, and communicative. He took me through the whole process and was transparent. He took videos and photos of the process and sent it over to me. I realized the builders cut so many corners and feel much better now that my roof is in better shape. ****** was kind to my family and made sure we were taken care of during the day they worked. Hard to find this kind of customer service after COVID and it was good to see those who work hard and have a passion for what they do. ****** was knowledgeable about roofing and the insurance process and can tell he loves what he does.Review fromTanya W

Not happy about how the underside of our patio was left with seams that came loose during a roofing project. This company recd a $6k depreciation check from the insurance but neglected to respond about what happened due to the roofers hammering away. It was a simple fix with ********************* shouldn't have to fix it.We are older & it would be a task.They are quick to pick up the insurance check but after that...are gone n non responsive.Knights Restoration LTD

I am 100% certain you are addressing a company with a similar name to ours, seeing that i have proof with the ******************* and other sources that we have in fact never did any work for you. Also, as the owner of Knights Restoration, I can assure you we've never done work for you before. We actually have not done ANY work at all in ******** all year or last year. He helped us through the entire process including dealing with terrible insurance companies. ******** was in constant communication throughout the whole process. He would respond immediately to all calls or messages.They didnt try to collect anything until they fully completed our roof install. Not only did they set a planned schedule but they finished sooner than planned and did a great job!I will be recommending them to any everyone.
