I worked with Rampart through a hail damage insurance claim and they were extremely helpful in walking me through the process. They were professional, provided excellent customer service, and their crew was quick, courteous, and did a thorough job of cleaning the grounds around my home. 1 starRampart Roofing Sales and Office Staff in Colorado Springs was very hesitant to provide Proof of Insurance. My driveway was cracked and the front lawn damaged by the supply truck and later my driveway light fixture was broken. They do not want to be held liable. No one was supervising or overseeing the work being performed like I was told would happen. They underestimated the needed vents and had to come back a second time to finish the job. I found wood shavings, nails and shingle pieces and caulking tubes on the grounds around my home upon their completion. I was asked to find someone to repair the driveway.
Poor service and lack of Communication and Professionalism. I would never recommend this Company. I regret hiring them.Review fromRandy & Debbie L

We just had our roof replaced by Rampart Roofing. From day one, our production manager, ***********************, was very informative and explained the process involved. The crew of ******, *************************** and ******** were very professional from the start of the job to the final clean up. There was no deviation from the quoted price upon completion. In the end we would recommend Rampart Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.Rampart Roofing, Inc.
