    I was reserving an outdoor parking space and Woodmen View RV and Boat Storage for the better part of a year. I made a deposit with the ongoing agreement even though it is only a parking space. (Strange). My 3 month renewal was approaching although I was 30 days away from any rent amount due. I sent a letter in the mail expressing my cancellation and that I will not be renewing. At this time (February 2023) I had no RV in the parking space and already had no use for the pre-paid outdoor parking space. I definitely did not want to renew for an RV parking space when I no longer owned an RV. I also provided a forwarding address to send the deposit amount made to start the parking space. At that time it was a ****************, ** address. That was over 3 months ago. Having not received the funds owed at this time, I am providing an updated mailing address to send the check for the funds held for no reason.Please remit my money held in good faith that were due at the end of agreement.***************************** ***************************************************************** Note: The cancellation notice was made before the 30 days and long before payment for the next 3 month renewal payment. This place always has a waiting list for people so it is not the case what when I provided a cancellation notice his parking space went unused and unpaid by the next person.
