    Galileyo provides a directory and news feeds for satellite phones. I have been a customer for two years. Never had an issue before. I renewed my subscription to the service for a full year on January 3rd of this year, 2025. The amount is $140.29. I was not able to access the service for my particular satellite phone, which is an Inmarsat satellite phone, due to, what I later found out, are issues the company is having getting the feeds to the Inmarsats. I contacted them via their email on the 4th, 5th, and 6th, inquiring as to why I couldn't receive my feeds. I did not receive a response. I cancelled my subscription on the 7th via their website, thinking that my money would be automatically refunded. It was not. I emailed them and notified them that I cancelled my subscription and that I would like a refund. I finally received a response from a representative on the 9th telling me that they were having issues getting the feeds to the Inmarsat phones and that my money had been refunded. I checked my checking account and saw that the money had not been refunded and contacted them via email on the 9th telling them this and inquired as to when I would be receiving my refund. No response. I emailed them again on the 14th. Still no response. I contacted them by phone on the 15th and was sent to voice mail. I left a message and still no response.

    Galileyo, **** has refunded my money and I no longer have a dispute with them. Thankyou for your mediation.
