    The only reason he is getting 1 star is because I cannot leave 0 stars. When I bought the machine from him, he told me that I could bring it back if I had any issues. He misrepresented the sewing machines and claims that the machine works fine, but I can't get it to work consistently. Little background- I have been sewing for 55+ years and have worked multiple machines over the years, with no instance of a problem that I could not figure out. This was an older machine, no manual was provided but that is an issue as they are accessible online. When I brought the machine back to him, he said he didn't have time to teach me how to use the machine, he was very arrogant and aggressive. When I asked for my money back, he said there was no returns after 30 days- which was not disclosed in the initial sale. He states "Time is money. And I am wasting my time with you." But what about customer **********************? What about being proud of who you are and what you represent? I was not trying to get anything from him other than a reliable, usable machine AND SUPPORT LOCAL. What about my time? It is worth something and the trips back and forth to his shop, trying to get the machine to work consistently and properly was way more than the cost of the machine. This man is a *****! Word to the wise, don't waste good money on broken machines that he can't even fix or be bothered with.
