    This business non accredited owes me $500 for services not rendered to me . They used digital charges on me which were insane and totally out of realm please get my money refunded to me. A letter of apology would not suffice as

    Life Care Solutions met with client in person to review the Service Agreement and our billing structure. The client signed the Service Agreement, paid a $500 retainer fee to be used toward a final invoice,  and client requested we begin services. We only bill for services provided to the client and keeps contemporaneous records of services.

    We provided invoices detailing every service provided to the client, which she supplied in her complaint. There were no charges for any services not provided.

    When client received her first invoice, she only paid a partial amount of the balance owed, citing the $500 retainer fee. We spoke with her again about the retainer fee being used on a final bill and not on the first invoice, and in an effort to relieve stress felt by the client, we reduced the invoice amount. The client asked to apply some of her retainer fee to the first invoice, and we agreed. The client continued utilizing services through December, but again complained after receiving the December invoice. We again explained how services are invoiced and agreed to reduce the bill for the client. At the client's request, we applied the remainder of the retainer fee and subtracted that amount from the balance due on the invoice. 

    In total, we reduced the client's amount owed by $332.40 over a 2-month billing period. 

    The client only made check payments, mailed directly to our office, as shown by the check copies she provided. The statement about using "digital charges" is false. We did not apply digital charges.
    The total amount charged to the client after the $332.40 reduction was $1319.40, all of which she paid by check. The $500 retainer was used toward her invoices, which was also discussed with her multiple times by phone and is documented in the letters we sent to her, which she also provided in her complaint.
