    Great experience! I ordered a 30'x 48' polebarn kit and then decided to have Larkspur build it for me. ********* and ********* were on top of everything from deliveries to building permits, all on time and complete.The crew was very nice and kept the building site clean and organized. The only hiccup was my white siding came in 3 different shades of white.********* sent the right color with no fuss and apologized for the inconvenience.I had several people stop by and comment on the quality of the building.All in all a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Larkspur

    I have purchased a loafing shed and a custom barn door from Larkspur Buildings at different times. Both projects were completed within the timeframe discussed and the quality is high. The workers who came out to the property are very polite, respectful, and they clean up after their work.

    Avoid this company and it's owner, *********, at all costs. He will convince you to work with him, then blame you when your partnership goes bad. He will not return your phone calls or texts for a very long time and, when he does finally respond, he will refuse to pay what is owed to you, stating his business is going very badly and he doesn't have the money. I was even willing to take payment in materials, which he agreed to. But, when I reached out for a specific date for delivery... same story. Business is bad and there's nothing he can do.There's a reason his ****** listing has no reviews right now. It's because he used to have a 2.5 rating from horrible reviews, but he deleted them all.
