    The property manager *************************, was incredibly unprofessional and refused to fix lock to the storage units. Our unit was opened without our knowledge, our items were damaged, trashed and stolen while she was the only person with a lock and key to our unit for months. She never notified us of any break in, or filed a police report, she does not take pictures or follow policy. Their tenants records are accessible to anyone as the room has a broken door and anyone can see, banking information, gate codes, you name it! Dating back to 2010. ****** has refused us access to our property even when paid up and current with a zero balance and no payment do till the next month. She refused to fix the lock to our unit not allowing us to ever lock our property with our lock, only hers and she is the only person with access and the only employee. My unit has *********** or indication that it was broken into, it had to have been opened with a key. There are no documents in my file as she assured us she had pictures, now suddenly there are no pictures, my unit was not broken into but break ins in the building and she was unaware of someone living on the property. The security gate is usually always wide open, they only hold security footage for 3 days, and she does not walk or patrol the property. She does not check the units to ensure they are locked or safe. The business refuses to help when they are 100% liable for what happened to my things I was refused access to. I have photos and video of all interactions and how unprofessional, irate she was and how this was not treated as an emergency after not being allowed access to my things for 6 months. Now we have been evicted without explanation and no reasoning for what happened to our property.
