    I scheduled my test cosmetology on 11th Dec 2023, the test was scheduled for 29 Dec 2023 when I for my test on Thursday was told no-one scheduled me, she was unable to get in touch. I called the next day to talk to a supervisor, she told me that I would be called back within 30 min and they closed at the time. No phone call received back. No one speaks English and I have difficulty hearing they are are saying. I was told calls are recorded, so lets look up those. I am a student that has special accommodations in additional to being a spouse of an Army Soldiers and was a dependent of my moms during her Time Active duty 23 years she served for what to keep peace give up everything so I could go to school. Today is 30 dec and I have been in hold now for 40 min no answers

    Testing center advises bringing two forms of identification bearing signatures to verify identity. They will not accept my state issued drivers license saying they cannot see my signature well enough and this is a known issue with new ******** IDs. They marked me absent for my exam and are insisting I reschedule at a later date. Even recommending I go to the *** and request to submit a new signature and hope it is visible enough for them on the next print. I want to file a complaint against this scamming organization.
