    ETherapy took my $180 payment that is for one month of two therapy sessions. I then scheduled online appointments, and when trying to access my online chat appointment they're system does not reply. I messaged several times and the therapist is not responding. Now the system is also showing that every day iw booked in the month of October so I cannot use the two sessions I already paid for. I want a REFUND! I did email for a refund and the response was "NO" because it was past the one week trial, but no one got back to me within the one week trial on setting up or booking a therapy appointment. I even followed up. Now they won't refund my money or respond. This is a SCAM!!

    ************* did indeed contact us about the trouble he was happening. We went out of our way to accommodate him and to make things better. He was given personal access to his counselor so that he could directly schedule his sessions. He was also communicated with regularly on the platform. We have done everything we can to make sure his subscription has been filled properly. Again, he did receive an exchange written messages with his counselor, and he did receive the counselor's personal information in order to make sure he got his sessions whether his subscription was active or not. Though he may have experienced a glitch with the system, ************ did everything it could to make things right for him.
