      Rented equipment from bills sales *** named TJ I had equipment dropped off at a job site and was charged for a week rental for the equipment and when I went to use the equipment it barely worked for 20 min then it began to leak hydraulic fluid. I called to get the equipment switched out and TJ never switched it. They still charged me for a week rental and I have reached out to bills and spoke to **** and he stated that TJ will be the one to resolve the problem. I contacted ** and after several attempts TJ will not respond to me. I want a full refund of the equipment that did not work. I do not want a credit I want a refund as I will no longer do business with Bills equipment

      Mr. ****** did experience issues on a rental with us. His initial rental was from 4/28/25 to 5/5/25. He had issues with the equipment on the final day of the rental, 5/5. We did not have a swap available for the equipment he was having issues with until 5/6. Mr. ****** decided to have us pick up the equipment on 5/5. He had initially stated to TJ that he would be renting the equipment again later in the week, and we agreed we would provide some of that equipment at no charge, while also refunding him $190.08 for his trouble on the first rent. Mr. ****** then canceled the second rental for later in the week. We were still under the impression we would be providing some of the equipment at no charge when he did decide to rent the equipment from us again. ** reached out to Mr. ****** around 6/9 to see where things stood, and at the point we gave Mr. ****** a refund of $819.70. Mr. ****** has been refunded a total of $1,009.78, well above his requested refund of $643.06. Attached are copies of the refunds provided to Mr. *******
