    Hired this company to tow my car from ************************************************************************************** to ******************************************************************** on September 24th for repair as my car would not start. My car was in perfect condition when picked up, On September 25th, my car was discovered with the window down, keys in car (I was told keys were left in the drop box), and damages on the passenger side of my vehicle. The company denies that they did it and that someone else did it must have pulled up next to my car. I have filed an insurance claim (Progressive) against their company pending investigation. Claim number 23-8883196

    We are still awaiting the insurance investigation to take place. Our driver dropped the vehicle off in a parking spot at the dealership, and then maneuvered out of the parking lot to do their next tow. We have not denied or accepted claim as the investigation is still ongoing. We have expressed this to the customer, and if it is found that we are at fault, our insurance will repair the damages done to their vehicle. However, until the investigation is complete there is nothing we can do.
