    They towed my car, refused me service to pick up my car because they perceived me as hostile even though they started name calling and getting hostile. Told me to get a police ****** to get my car that they towed then charged me full storage days for the time that they had my car, even though by law they cant charge storage days until the day that I receive certified mail to notify me they have my car. I received certified mail after picking up my car from them and paying all 8 storage days. They also included the days that they wouldnt allow me to pick up my car because they refused me service.

    This gentleman left his car in a business parking lot for two weeks. The owner of the business had ****** it away. We followed all the rules according to *************************** when we towed it.  Customers called being very threatening and belligerent stating he was going to come and pick up his car and did not have to pay and was planning on taking it by force. He also made a PUC complaint trying to get us in trouble and get his car out for free.  We provided all our documentation to PUC and passed with flying colors. He finally came and picked his car up and yes we charged him what the law allows. We do not patrol parking lots as some companies do, we were called by the owner of the business to tow it as this customer was using it as his personal storage. I understand its not a pleasant thing to have your car towed but this gentleman is one who takes no accountability for his actions and wants to play the victim when he is 100% in the wrong.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I never once was hostile or threatened to take anything by force. I told them by law all I needed to pickup was my keys and knowledge of where it was towed from. I said Ill bring my id anyways and pay but they got hostile and told me to get police involved. The fact that they are lying is astonishing.
