  I'm appalled that you would allow your company to go and unlawfully tow a vehicle without cause. You did no investigation and believed the lie of a neighboring tenant that was untrue. How can you legally tow a vehicle from an unmarked space let alone complex? That Tatoo shop is at fault for their wrong and you joined in and supported the hate they have toward an African American woman and then get rude when called on the carpet of the part your company played. If you go back now, they magically painted reserved on parking spots that wasn't there when you towed her vehicle away- but did you think when you removed the African American woman's Mercedes- was it because it was truly a violation or based off lies. Clearly it was based off lies and pictures don't lie that absolutely nothing states private parking as they shared. I hope that you'd right your wrong to the owner of the vehicle and be company that stands on morals. If you only knew that the woman's vehicle you towed has done nothing but draw more attention to all local downtown businesses, including the tattoo shop. It's really hard to know that all the good this woman has done has been turned against her. It's sickening!!!

  ????????STAY AWAY???? STAY AWAY????????Bugs Towing took my car from my apartment complex without providing a proper 48-hour notice. Bugs Towing sticker was slapped on right at the pick-up. No proper notice at all!Especially that I was at my car on Monday evening and sticker says Monday 4pm!! Plus, my friend saw the car on Monday evening way after 4:00pm and confirmed that there was nothing wrongno stickers, no flat tire, nothing.They also claimed my car was towed because of a flat tire, which is completely false. I have photo proof from right in front of the impound lot showing that all my tires were in perfect condition. Forgot to mention the sticker also said the car was INOPERABLE!!! I know my car, and nothing was wrong with it , well i drove off the place just fine!!!When I called Bugs Towing about this, they even admitted they didn't inspect the car. How does that make any sense?Trying to get information was another nightmare. I called multiple times the day my car was towed, and they kept hanging up on me, saying they had "another call." Seriously? Im literally calling to find out about my car, and thats how they treat people???The PRICE situation was just as shady. I was told over the phone that picking up my car the same day would cost $360, but if I waited until the next day, it would be $260. I decided to wait, but when I went to pick up my car, an extremely rude lady at the window told me I owed $295. When I explained the price I was given the day before, she refused to discuss it and basically said no one told me that!??This whole experience has been dishonest and frustrating. I'll definitely be filing a complaint wherever I possibly can! I wish I had read the reviews here and on BBB earlier to know what I was getting into. Be careful and stay far away from Bugs Towing!P.s Make sure you record the phone calls with them to avoid their lies and bad business practices!

  They illegally towed our vehicle without a valid contract with my apartment complex. My apartment manager even spoke with them and was on the phone with me telling them they are not allowed to tow from the property, and they still did and charged $400. Even though they are the ones who illegally removed the car from an open parking spot. They did not receive permission from property management to tow, and did not provide the legally required 24 hour notice (the car wasnt even in the spot for more than 6 hours). The car was legally parked in an open spot. They dont care that theyre breaking the law and stealing peoples private property and holding it as leverage. However, this is unacceptable and I am filing a police report and planning to inform the public utilities commission. If youre in this position in the future, please do the same.

  I believe bugs towing is complete trash. My vehicle was towed illegally from my own apartment complex. I had a parking permit in my window but since it wasn't the new updated permit they improperly towed my vehicle. It's a Awd vehicle but it was engaged in 2H when they towed it causing major transmission and transfer case damage. Care to explain proper procedures for towing vehicles are not being followed. Clearly

  The praying mantis logo they use is because if you get involved with them, you can do nothing but pray.The procedures of Bugs Towing are all a scam. I got my car towed away on Saturday, 10:30 pm, for parking at ***** Town restaurant's private spots. I accept that, there was a sign and i didn't see it (was a freezing windy night). The scam comes now: I checked their website online and they claim that they are open 24 hours a day, from Monday to Sunday, but when i arrived to their office (using an uber), i found that it was closed, and there was a sign at their window with the opening hours: 8 am to 5 pm, from Monday to Friday; Saturdays and Sundays only by appointment... but I called them to every phone number I found at their website, and they didn't pick up... until the next day, Sunday, at 9:30 am, when I could talk to the office administrator, and she told me the office will be open from 11 to 12 am that Sunday.When I went there, the price was 413'77 $ (the price itself is disproportionate)... but they WOULDN'T GIVE YOU CHANGE, so I ended up paying 420 $.Among the price it was included an overnight fee, so I told them "ok, but I tried to retrieve the car last night and you were closed, so there's no point in charging me an extra fee" to which she replied that after they close the office is an overnight fee anyway.They tow cars after 5 pm intentionally to charge you more.

  Horrible. Bugs towing towed *********** grandson broke down in to *********************. It had a bad engine. I let them know I would get a towing company to pick it up. I had my grandson get his belongings out. Scheduled a towing service that paid for junk cars to pick it up. Founding fathers had my contact information. Last Saturday I drove through a blizzard to meet the towing company. No truck. Founding fathers had to towed by Bugs Towing as an abandoned vehicle. **** also had my contact information. **** now wants 500 for impound fees. What a racket they have going. Both offices were down right rude and could care less about their customers. Do not go there nasty businesses.

  Zero stars! WORST towing company in the Springs. Scam artists. Don't disclose their pricing upfront until you already engage in services. Then are $100 more than other companies out there. They incorrectly entered (or intentionally entered incorrectly) my CC info to get a declined notification so they could TAKE my vehicle to their storage yard and try to charge me DOUBLE. Wanted $448 for a tow in town. Predatory practices!!! Should be prosecuted.

  Bugs towing provided not only an excellent service but was on time and kept in contact. Their driver **** was very professional and knew what to do to hook-up our 38ft RV. A very careful and conscientious driver, professional all the way.

  Bugs towing advertises 24 hour service. They were the only company to answer their phone after normal business hours. They were polite and arrived in a timely manner. Did a great job towing and hooking up our vehicle. ***** was calm and handled us with great care.
