    I used Integrated **** care, purchasing a summer package of fertilization for my lawn in the summer of 2021. Their services were satisfactory but I didn't see the same results that I had with the previous company, **** Doctor. I decide to go back to **** Doctor for the summer of 2022 and paid for a package with them. Integrated **** sent me a text about 6 weeks ago saying that they were coming to do a treatment on our lawn. I texted them back saying that we weren't using them this summer. They texted back saying that they wished I had told them that we were dissatisfied with their services. Then I received an invoice from them. I called them and told them that I had never reordered the service for this summer. They said okay. Then I just received an invoice for $152.25 for services I never asked for. I called them and told them that we didn't ask for services and that we had gone with another company for this summer. I have called them 3 times and can't get a manager to call me back. The bill now says we are 120 days overdue. Half of my yard is dying this year and I believe it is because it has been fertilized twice a month. I never signed up to get my lawn treated annually. I do not think that I should pay for services that i did not order. I let the receptionist know on Friday morning, 10/21/22 that if I didn't hear back from a manager by close of business on 10/24/22 that I would contact the BBB and still haven't heard from them.

    ********************, The bottom line is this, we did auto renew your account under assumption that you were wanting to continue service. I am sorry that we made this assumption and serviced your lawn without getting your direct approval. I have removed the balance from your account and apologize again for this miscommunication. As far as not continuing your service in 2022, we here at Integrated are always wanting results and when we don't get the results, we want to figure out why and send a supervisor out to troubleshoot and adjust our plan as needed specific to your property. If this is the reason of not continuing in 2022, I am sorry. If it was another reason then we would have like to come up with a solution for you. In the future, please don't hesitate to try us again and I will ensure you get the result that are desired.
