The exceptional service I received from *** the lady who answered their phone to ********* and ******* who started the work! They were so kind and polite. It was like a breath of fresh air speaking to ***. I knew nothing about insurance, etc. and she provided me with the information to move it forward. She also arranged for the boys to show up at 10:30 pm to remove the sewer soiled items! The boys had energy and were ready even at that late hour. I appreciate everything they did for me and will continue to do the restoration with them. ***** ******

****** of doing business with this company. Their Owner and ** are non responsive to emails and calls and they avoid a direct conversation. My ************************************* law was taken advantage of by them. They came to her house for an emergency water situation in late July. They spent approx. 2-3 hours there on the mitigation issue and then had her sign a contract and pay $4,900 for the stop gap work that evening and a future project they deemed necessary. No detail was provided in the contract of the work to be performed. They cashed the check the very next morning. They even left their equipment at her house in anticipation of future work under the contract (Didn't pick it up for 2-3 weeks). After a second plumber deemed the follow on project unnecessary the next day, she cancelled the project. When I asked the ** about a refund for work not completed, his short email response was "After speaking to ownership, we performed the agreed-upon work that was performed at her house so unfortunately there will not be a refund".. He would not return my calls to discuss this. I took it to the owner, who also did not respond to me. He indireclty had his accounting **** issue a small $295.85 refund after finally sending a detailed invoice 5 weeks after the visit. A $4,600 bill for so little work is still egregious. Bad business practices on many fronts - Honesty, Communication, Clarity of Work to Be Performed, Pricing, Responsiveness, and even inventory management (why leave equipment at her house for 2+ weeks if you didn't plan to do more work?). ***** this company.

Deep Water came to my home during a flooding incident in January, 2024. They were referred to me by Blue Sky ********* The pipes to the sink and washing machine burst during consecutive subzero nights. They informed every contractor that the water in the damage was clean and free of contamination. The contractors always asked. I lived in my home this entire time, to watch for any incident that risked my home. In that time ** disclosed repeatedly that the water was safe, cat 1, clean. They knew I was living there. Mine was the first project a young worker managed. He, and the other employee, told me that their boss had diverted the best equipment and most other workers to a personal property that was having a devastating leak. The 2 employees working my property complained that they had no workers, insufficient tools. One asked if I minded if they brought illegals. The other didnt want to work with undocumented folks while citizens need work. While the house was actively being dried out, the team left for a 3day weekend without performing flood cuts. I need my home, so, rather than wait for them and risk further damage to my home, I did all the flood cuts myself. When ** sent the invoice to my insurance company, the down graded the water to category 2. Are they bitter about not being paid for flood cuts? Is the manager trying to look profitable while using staff for personal property? I dont care. I stipulate the use of water category here is fraudulent. They have sent my account to Collections. I am old, disabled, the money they are charging is ten percent of my annual income. They lacked all urgency for my home, and they perpetuate a fraud. If my home was Cat2, they thoughtlessly exposed us all to that Cat2.

Deep water was contacted by a plumbing company when I had a flooding issue in my home. Due to toxic chemicals the company used to mitigate the water issues and mold, I was not allowed in the affected area for almost two weeks. Many workers came and went in my home unsupervised, due to the health hazards, I was told. No one else was in my home unsupervised during this mitigation time, other than Deep Water. At the end of the time that they completed their mitigation, I found 2 items missing in my home: a torch and a handgun. I filed a police report and checked on it from time to time, but was told it was highly unlikely to be found. The police officer said she would investigate. I called Deep Water and spoke to a female evening supervisor, who identified herself in this manner and was also the person who scheduled the appointments with Deep Water. I told her about the missing items from my home, and her reply was that she could not say Deep Water workers took the items or didn't take them, but that she would have a daytime supervisor call me the next day. That did not happen. No one from Deep Water has contacted me about this situation, and although I cannot prove it, there is no one else who could have taken the items from my home. I was told to wait a while to file a claim with BBB, until I was no longer in the home, for retribution purposes. That is why it has been three months since this occurred. I have the police officer's name, ************, and badge number ****, case number 23-35708, and was told that I would be contacted if the handgun and torch were recovered, which has not happened. Deep Water criticized me for signing the document of completion when they finished the job. I did not think to search my home for missing items. I highly recommend no one use the services of Deep Water . They are not to be trusted.

Dear ***** As stated in the complaint that you filled with the BBB (that was dropped due to the conflict and nature of your baseless complaint) In the almost 5 months it has taken you to just now make a complaint and reach out to us. I, as a manager have never even once, gotten a message concerning this matter from my office or anyone. It has just been you making wild accusations on every platform you can get on to disparage our name. We have never been **************************ed by the police for questions concerning this matter. In your own words " I have no proof".! As I have stated several times responding to you, please have the police officer ************************** our office, we are happy to answer any and all questions. Thank you!*************************

We were referred to this company by a plumber. Our kitchen was flooded and needed an urgent solution. Given the urgency we gave the ok to start the job, and requested an estimate on 8/10/23.******************************** and *******(great people!)came brought the equipment and finished the job a couple of days ago after more than three weeks. I have asked time and time again to get an estimate, I even called the supervisor over the phone. He literally said: I will call you back in some minutes ButIm still waiting for his phone call. No one is accountable for the work done, no one communicated with me. I am wondering if there is a head to this company. I have been neglected by the owners of this company, I still do not know the amount, I never got an answer. Do not recommend!

Dear maam or sir,I sincerely apologize for your experience with the lack of communication from the management. Although it is not an excuse, we did have to recently let go of our GM as we thought he was preforming his duties. It turns out we were wrong. If you would provide me with your information I will make it my personal business to get to the bottom of your needs! Thank you,************************* ************
