    I am rejecting this response because: This response does not address the issue of a full refund. We did not contact them and tell them to stop working on the problem but rather they contacted us and said they would not complete the job. We had an agreement that guaranteed to remove the iron and they cancelled that agreement. So in the end it cost us $448.77 and we still have iron in our water and no filter system. We had waited over 6 months to have the system installed and once they cancelled the agreement and said they would no longer be able to complete the job we were able to order a complete system, have it delivered, and install it within 1 week and we had clear water later that night.

    jection system to help remove the iron. Again they didn't follow up so I contacted them again on September 26th and was told that one of the components they needed was on backorder. Contacted them again on October 23rd to see what was going on since I had found the components they were waiting for appeared to be readily available. I asked if they intended to finish the job as guaranteed. I left a voicemail on October 27th and basically said that we had had enough of the excuses and wanted results and that it was ridiculous to *********** months to install a filter system. On October 30th I received a text stating "Unfortunately due to the last message left I will no longer be able to service your property. I'm sorry that you feel I'm giving you excuses regarding the treatment system." They offered a refund and to remove equipment and bring a check. They came 3 weeks later and only had a check for the equipment. Since they cancelled the contract I would expect a full refund of $3,348.77.

    WE went back to ************** house on several occasions to try and adjust the system to remove his Iron, unfortunately his Iron from his well  was so high we were not able to remove all of his Iron from his water.  So we bought back the system and gave him a larger company to try and handle his Iron.  We did everything we could possibly do to keep him happy.

    We bought back his equipment at the taxable amount because we had all ready paid the taxes on this invoice.  Also We have been in communication with him  in regarding the amount of our check to buy back the product. And he agreed several times to the total of 2900.00  via phone call and text messages.

    I am rejecting this response because: We had a signed agreement with a guarantee and the company was unable and unwilling to complete the job as stipulated with the guarantee in the agreement. They said they would refund the cost of the equipment which I agreed to with the assumption that the sales tax and labor costs would be reimbursed as well since they are the ones who breached the agreement. I was very patient in waiting over six months only to have them refuse to complete the work leaving us in the same situation we had prior to contacting them with the exception that we are now out nearly $500.

    I would like to reject the offer of Mediation for complaint ID ********. It is obvious that this business owner is unwilling to do the right thing through this process so we will be pursuing other options for resolution.
