      Ive been waiting over two weeks for someone to email or text me because Im deaf but need service for my Culligan water softener.*** finally emailed me a week after this review saying my email went to his spam folder and then told me the same exact email address to contact in the future. Uh. I did email to that address. ??He let me know there would already be technicians in my area on Thursday. And that there would be a $140 trip fee that I would hafto pay.If the technician is already in my area, isnt he already being paid for gas, and insurance etc?So I cant get the information I need as far as what the settings should be on my unit and I cant get anyone to come check it out because I cant afford $140 trip fee.I really thought Culligan was a reputable company. However it looks like Im on my own in figuring out what the settings should be and if my unit is even working.This is subpar customer service. Very disappointing that they dont care about their customers well being.But capitalism right? That service technician MUST be paid multiple times for one trip from multiple customers in my area for his gas and insurance. Disappointing. Guess Ill call my plumber.

      Unfortunately your email went into my spam folder. As soon as I was aware of your needs I emailed you back.  We were unaware that you were deaf so our first contact was leaving a message on your phone as we do with all our customers. Like all businesses we do charge a trip fee once the unit is out of warranty whether we are in the area or not. If you check your email I did send the settings you requested. Please let me know if thee is anything else we can do for you.

      Your email settings are not my problem. I emailed the address listed on your website. Your chat bot is inept because that is where I indicated that I was deaf and I was told that information would be passed along. Trip fees are complete BS. Especially when you first reached out to me and said you would have technicians in my area and such and such day. Ok. So why do I ALSO have to pay a trip fee if hes already in my area? Youre telling me that if your technician has 5 jobs all in one rural town, that is an hour and a half away, that you are charging each person $140? That seems like an unethical business practice. You wont hear from me again. Ill rip the water softener out myself if I have to.
