    High West built us a beautiful sunroom! They gave an estimate based on being able to use the structure of our existing deck; once they started working on it though, it turned out that they needed to basically rebuild the whole deck in order to safely install the sunroom on top. They honored the original estimate even though it was way more work!All the staff we dealt with were friendly and clear. The only thing I would have wanted done differently: they said it would take one or two weeks, but it was more like six or seven. (Some of it was weather, not their fault.) I was fine with how it turned out, but I think the original time estimate was unrealistic. Overall, we felt that High West was professional and trustworthy.

    On Oct25 2021, ***** took measurements/contract signing and said the timeframe I could expect would be 3-6 months. I NEVER asked for this in writing and now seriously regret it. ******************* was my PM. I called May and Aug 2022 talking to **** to find out that they didn't file the correct permits and sending the measurements to their factory to cut my awning. I threatened to cancel the contract because of their delay. **** explained that I could not cancel the contract without forfeiting what I paid and an estimated $8K+ more to "cancel" satisfactorily. I threatened to hire an attorney. She promised me ***** off to keep the project going. I didn't hear anything until Nov/Dec 22. *************************, ****'s replacement informed me that installation was ready and I asked him that after this awning was installed, would I owe anything out of pocket? He said no. I then agreed on a date in Jan2023 to have the work done to install the awning. ************************* came over to complete the paperwork/AMBUSH me with a final payment of $29,751. He told me to reapply for another loan with Green **** wife take out loan, or ask family because they do not accept monthly payments(after hiring an attorney, ****** contacted me to set up payments). He countlessly threatened me with placing a lien on our home(which they did). We offered up a settlement, but they've rejected them. ****** continues to harass me with calls me even though we have attorneys dealing with this. Oct25, 2021 initial contract signed - Jan28, 2023 awning was completed, took 460 days/1yr 3mo 3days.
