      Had a leak from the windshield. Bottom line is the carpet needed replaced and they did not decide to make the right choice and pay for the damages they admitted happened due to the leak. Extremely disappointed they didn't do what was right in this situation. Recommend to look somewhere else. We'll see how small claims court goes for resolution.

      We are very sorry to hear that your experience was negative. We strive to have all of our customers have a great experience with their windshield replacement. It is unfortunate there was a leak after 8 months. However, as you stated you knew it was there and did not call for the warranty work until several months later. Had it been addressed when you noticed it the carpet smell would not have happened. There is no actual damage to your carpet other then a slight smell. As a courtesy we have offered to have it removed and cleaned; you have rejected that solution and demanded full replacement of the carpet in the entire car which we have deemed does not fall under the warranty due to you not letting us know in a timely manner
