      Worst experience ever - From scheduling to MRI:They will try to schedule you at night They fail to advise you of the process -No athletic anything -Removing all your clothes if wearing these -Not advising to take meds -Amongst other things They will call to request you come in same day MRI:She told me no man would be in after I was told I had to get naked!! I wore what I always wear!ATHLETIC BRA BIKE SHORTS SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO GET UNDRESSED A MAN WAS THE MAIN PERSON -a TOWEL is placed over your eyes if you want it -The towel is not freshest -Only Ear Plugs and Sponges over ears and eyes -once in machine MUSCLE SPASMS -PULLED OUT -REPOSITIONED -As anyone knows these dont stop automaticity -I was FUSSED AT 4 or more times for moving Tell me??NEVER ASKED, why??How can someone control a muscle spasm thats happening throughout their body???Its impossible!!!She didnt even try to assist me getting up!Seemed offended when I told her,How can you stay still when youre having spasms?She didnt even try to assist me in walking!I told the radiologist that this place was antiquated!!!I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone

      For your safety during the *** procedure, we kindly request that all patients change into our scrubs/gowns because athletic clothing companies often use metallic fibers for odor control and moisture wicking properties that may cause ***** or interfere with the *** scan. While we always strive to acquire the highest quality images our team members are expected to remain compassionate at all times while doing so. I have requested our center manager contact you to learn more about your experience.

      the services I received at the facility in ********* were exceptional. However, when they were double paid the service ENDED. I have called and begged and pleaded for months to get my $711 back from these clowns. Story after story, different person every call, supervisor with more stories, new billing systems, can't just refund on my card, checks in the mail for two months, void and reissued the check but its been another two weeks and NO check. If the patients waited for 4 months to pay this crew they would have them in court with a garnishment. What a joke of an organization. Employee owned says a lot about the people running this place.

      WORST place ever!!! Do NOT use envision radiology. They treat their employees like trash, and they do NOT hold up to their core values. It's not about you, the patient, like they claim.. its all about lining their pockets, and having glamorous parties. This business is a fraud. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! The phones aren't getting answered because their employees are worked to death and have NO TIME, and expected to never make mistakes. I hope the business falls to the ground.

      Can never get a hold of no person they dont answer the phone u call it hang up on you no dial tone no nothing . You try update info online they dont update anything.
