    I did not sign a contract with this contractor. I owned the home until 1500 on 7/22/2024. I woke up to the contractors crew prepping the driveway and road to cut into the sewer line. I informed the crew that I am the owner of the home and the work needs to stop. The owner of the company showed up and told his crew to begin cutting the up the ground despite my protests that I am the owner and I need him to stop working so I could complete my moving tasks for the day. I laid down on the ground on my front yard and the owner told his crew to bring their saw over and begin to cut. I had to get up because the crew followed his orders.

    Main sewer line was replaced in back yard in October 2023. During the work they damaged a sprinkler control box that was outside of the work area. This was not noticed until we tried to turn on the sprinkler system. ****, the owner, admits the crew did the damage. During the job he said he would fix damaged sprinklers. But now he will not assume any liability, as this is outside of the work area. He says it is not his responsibility. The owner has stopped responding to our phone calls and texts. He will not furnish insurance information so that we may start a liability claim for our damaged property.
