    On 5/10/2022 ***************************** aka *********************** was paid $ ******* for work that I hired him and his company PS Landscaping to complete a concrete job in my back yard. On the last night of work, ****** came to do it himself, he was making a patio step larger, it wasn't done correctly and was instantly cracking and breaking, he said that he would return the following week to fix the step, I agreed and paid him the check. Since, he will not respond to any form of communication that I have tried, (i.e. email, phone call, text messages) I have repeatedly tried to reach him and ask for that he either complete the job correctly (as promised) or refund me a portion of the money since I will have to pay someone else to fix the step. He has refused to respond to any of my MANY attempts. At this point, I no longer wish for him to correct the work since I no longer trust him or his work, I would like a refund of half the amount paid.I paid him via check # *** which was cashed by him on 5/13/2022 (attached pic)I am also including what mess he left me in multiple pics, they will show where he spilled concrete all over the surrounding area and also show what a mess the step was left
