    My name is *************************. My car was wrecked and I sent it to the mechanic shop (More Miles) that had my car since August 13. One picture shows that the original charges to fix my car was $2999.34. They made me pay a down payment of $2000 to even get started. They never gave me updates and they would get angry when I called to get an update on the progress. Another picture shows that in October, they told me that they will need another $2000 to finish the car. So I had to pay another $2000. All of the receipts shows the inconsistency with their charges and that they added $3495.70 out of nowhere and wouldnt physically release my car until I paid it. Other pictures show the condition I got my car back in and hpw they kept my car longer so that they could charge me $1,182.95 in just labor. The last receipt does not show how much the claim they were charging me for labor, but the other receipts do. I'm only asking for a refund of $3594.28 cause that's the extra amount they charged me for no reason at all, except to pull more money out of me cause I was vulnerable and wanted my car back.

    My name is *************************. I filed a case against More Miles. I called and found out that you guys sent a second notice to them on 2/2/2024. 2/4/2024, my car was stolen.
