2 starsGood work for 45 minutes to diagnose and fix a water leak in my house, but tried to charge my elderly ******** $1037.00 ( for 45 minutes work and a 9" piece of copper pipe) when we had only agreed to pay $667.00, a difference of $370.00. The company refused to remove the excess charges. We've been forced to file a dispute with our credit card company for the $370 that they overcharged us.Review fromJill G

5 stars****** and his associate showed up on time, immediately put on shoe covers to protect my carpet and were professional courteous and helpful!! Plus, because my system basically was able to start up and didn't need a repair they gave me a deal on the service call and didn't charge me a full diagnostic due to my system being in working order. Who does that nowadays? HONEST Contractors-- that's Who! I'm having them come back because he also immediately saw that the pipe venting the top of my gas water heater was done incorrectly by whoever installed it And immediately gave me a quote that I could look at and approve. this company is not only concerned with fixing what's broken, but they are concerned with your safety and with correct installation that meets all applicable State Building codes. 5 stars**** ****** came to my house,I was not home yet so patiently waited for me and treated me in a very professional way and did not rush the visit ,he checked the furnace and AC and took his time to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond to satisfy every question and concern I had ,and even suggested solutions I might need in the future. Thank you for providing good qualitiy of customer service

5 stars******* came out and corrected a few troubles we had after our furnace installation. He was very informative, answered all my questions, was neat and did a great job rewiring our Humidifier so it only turns on when the furnace runs.Review fromRuth R

5 starsChris Rivera did an outstanding job. I always ask for him to repair any plumbing issue. Today he replaced a bathroom faucet drain. There was a problem that could have cost me thousands of dollars if the pipe had leaked since I live in a multi-family complex.
His thoroughness and attention to detail is amazing.
Quality First has kept their customer service in place, responsiveness and quality of workmanship. I have used them over the years. They’re the best!

5 starsWe had a leak that needed to be fixed immediately since it affected our carpets. *********************** did a phenomenal job. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and found where the leak was coming from immediately. I highly recommend this company and appreciate the job ***** did in this highly stressful moment this evening.very much appreciated.
