  This company has been scavenging my neighborhood harassing all occupants to sell their properties even if they didnt express any interest. They ignore no soliciting and no trespassing signs, and they slap magnets on front doors, garage doors, mailboxes, cars, basically anywhere they can put them (which is essentially graffiti and defacing of property). When I called them to ask them to stop, they said thats their common practice and they are going to continue doing such. Then they harassed me again about if I was interested in selling my property which I had explicitly told them no, prior to them coming back and putting magnets all over the place.

  ******************* is not a customer of ours.  We have never done business with *******************.  Just like many businesses put door hangers up, we will put magnets on front doors in neighborhoods we do business.  The magnets are not to be placed on properties with "No solicitation" signs.  **** uploaded a picture of the magnet from his door.  Dispursing marketing materials to increase public awareness of our services is common practices.  

  ****'s allegations of neighborhoods being "scavanged" and magnets being places on "cars and mailboxes", and people being "harassed" are not true.  My best guess is that **** has a "No Solicitation" sign on his door and my guys missed the sign and accidentally placed a magnet on his door anyway.  **** was mad so he vastly exaggerated the situation in his complaint to BBB.

  I am rejecting this response because: There are clearly posted no soliciting signs on my house and my neighbor's house. Both houses had magnets on front doors, garage doors, mailboxes and even on a car in the driveway. This is an unacceptable practice that has been happening all over the neighborhood. if it were one magnet one time, it would be different. But that's not the case, their employees placing magnets all over the place is defacing property. For reference, anyone can go look at all of the pictures and posts about this company doing this all over my neighborhood on the Nextdoor app for my area.
