      On 4/9/2024 I called the appointed security provider at 21:07 being witness to a disturbing crime in my residence. The dispatcher, a young lady presuming by her voice that was negligent, careless, and unprofessional. I asked for her name to later make a complaint and she refused to give me anything referencing her or the call. I looked up the business online then called an alternative number to again be directed back to the same dispatcher. I asked to speak to a supervisor then she hung up the call. I called back, announced was being recorded then she transferred me to a man which was clearly upset after hearing her side of the story. He identified as a supervisor but refused to give me his name. I asked to file a complaint though he would only accept a verbal. I explained to him I wanted to make a formal documented complaint and he refused to give me any information on how to move forward. The initial call was about a DV in the ************************************************ complex. All was a lost cause due to Front Range Patrol. Hope the victim was alright. I shall continue to do my part in expressing my frustration with this corrupt, unprofessional, sketchy company
