    I called to cancel a salon service due to an emergency. I was then charged $185.00. I called to dispute this charge and was told someone would call me back. I then received an email telling me no refunds. I wrote a review and then got a text offering me 50% refund to remove my review and sign an agreement.

    **** was a customer at the ********************** for more than a year (8 appointments) and was familiar with our salon policies. Our cancellation policy is on all messages when booking, reminders, confirmations, at the entrance of the business, and on our website. We require a click to agree to book and a valid credit card. We require 24hr notice for cancellations/rescheduled appointments-no exceptions-no refunds. **** made an appointment and called us 2 hours in advance to cancel. We charged the appropriate amount to the card provided per our policy. We received several messages/calls demanding a full refund and for us to make an exception for her. We responded immediately and professionally. Despite her cancelling with short notice we offered to offer her 50% of her fee back in exchange for her removal of the many defamatory reviews she had written across several platforms. She declined and again demanded a full refund. Please see attached policy per our website and all correspondence between the salon and ****.

    I recently went to go get my hair done at Swank Salon in ************* with hair stylist **************** When I sat down I her chair she asked what I wanted and I showed her an inspiration picture. I ******* quote Please let me know if you cant do this Im totally okay with that we can do something else. She never said yes or no and continued to do my hair. Fast forward ending of of service she styled my hair and then showed me the ending result (hot pink in the front & back like peekaboo almost) I said I loved it paid and left. I did not think to look through my hair because Im assuming since she is a hair stylist she did it correctly.2-3 days later I am looking in the mirror and noticing it looks really faded like orange, pink and hot pink. I called them to see if my hair stylist could just touch up hair and the Gaby the front desk receptionist said she would let ****** my stylist know and she would be in touch with me. 1 hour later I believe I was sitting in my car and actually looking at my hair and I come to find my roots arent even bleached or sideburns and in the front where Im supposed to have pink I have a big black spot as well as the back of hair the roots are black. I called back and spoke to **** again telling her I would like to actually get my hair fixed & refunded. She said a manager would be in touch but no one reached out to me I had call this morning (3/15) to ask if the manager was going to call me. I get an an email later on saying no refund and they will not be fixing my hair the manager did not even bother to include a phone number or his/her name or the supposed video consultation they have. I went down to speak to the manager when I got there the girl in the front said yea shes here let me go get her 3 mins later she comes back says the manager actually isnt here. I have also read a review of the same thing happening to someone 4 months ago. spent $242.42 $40 tip to look like my 10 yr old did my hair at home to be treated like s***
