      I am deeply disappointed with my experience with *** *******, the owner of Eagle Tax Res Inc., from the beginning. Communication has been a nightmare. Its incredibly difficult to get in touch with them, and when I finally do, Im met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. The staff has been outright aggressive and dismissive instead of addressing my concerns.Whats even more frustrating is that they deliberately hide important information, leaving me to guess what I need or what steps to take next. This lack of transparency only adds to the stress and confusion, making the entire process more difficult than it should ***** make matters worse, they even threatened to end their services, despite me being a paying customer who shares the same goals as the owner. This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but also highlights a lack of commitment to customer service. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect and professionalism.
