    I was dropped from the 160 Driving Academy's Class A Commercial Driver's License training program on March 31, 2025, 2 and half days of backing training on the company's property. The reason cited for my dismissal was an alleged backing incident resulting in minor damage to a shed. However, I personally have no knowledge of me hitting the shed, no one witnessed the incident, and no instructor was present to observe it regardless of who was responsible. The damage was not found by staff until an hour after I last drove in the area. There is absolutely no evidence of who caused the accident and what time it occurred. All my assessments given by the instructors, including for backing up to that point, were excellent. The staff is pointing the finger at me without any legal right to do so. Given the lack of direct evidence or any opportunity for me to respond or be evaluated fairly, this dismissal is arbitrary and unjustified.I have attempted to resolve this matter amicably, but the school has refused. This is unacceptable.I called corporate headquarters and requested a full tuition reimbursement of $5,437 which was refused during a phone call.
