    On August 3, 2023 we ordered 4 custom grates to cover our basement escape from the outside with a window of a 2-4 week delivery timeframe. At week 5 I called to see when they could be expected and was told 3 of the 4 are ready. As 3 of the grates would be on our deck I asked for them to be installed as this is a huge safety issue for my young children and I was told by Brooklyn that its not possible and we should have all 4 by the following week. By week 6, we had no update and no delivery so I called again. Once again I was told the 4th grate was not ready but she could try to get the 3 installed in the meantime. I asked to speak with the owner and was told he does not talk to customers. I also asked for compensation as this is a huge inconvenience and safety hazard. I asked for an update and never received one. Now we are at week 7 so I called again (since once again no follow up) and was given no further information and Brooklyn STILL didnt have us on the schedule to have the first 3 grates installed. I am truly appalled, the lack of communication, honesty, responsibility, and action is truly astonishing on top of the fact that the owner apparently doesnt care enough to step in and help.

    The company has finally put us on the schedule for Thursday to receive 3 of the 4 grates but I am still looking for compensation for this inconvenience, safety hazard, and complete lack of professionalism and responsibility of the matter.

    Completely unresponsive company. Promised installation within 6 weeks. After 3 months I disputed the transactions. They attempted to measure 5 times and then installed covers 8 months later. They then tried to collect payment after they cause damage to my window ***** and escape ladders. They continue to be unresponsive in resolving the damages they caused and have used collections as a means to avoid resolving their damages.

    Their website says 1 price no matter the size of the well. When they came out to measure they said it would be double the cost. They are dishonest and have false advertising.

    Bought window well covers from Mountainland Covers and they have not finished installing them despite me sharing with them that all the ***** have been cleaned and sprayed insecticide in each well to kill all of the spiders per their request. I have sent them numerous text messages and phone calls sharing with them this information. They have refused to finish installing my window well covers.
