      I bought the product on line and paid with my Bank America Credit Card ; never received the product and company charged me twice therefore I called and complained; they credit me half of my money!I have called several times asking either return my money or send the product!Order # ********

      Our company is Pure Spectrum CBD, we are a small business based out of ******** and we were founded in 2015. This customer's order number is not one of ours and I believe the complaint is in regards to SPECTRUM CBD GUMMIES (view here: *******************************************************************************************************), which is a very large scam going around and taking advantage of thousands of vulnerable individuals. We've been receiving calls and emails from these scam victims for several months now who are confusing our company from the one they ordered from. These scam victims are being advertised for these gummies on ******** and email and are being told that CBD Gummies will cure lifelong diseases such as liver disease, vascular disease, erectile dysfunction, etc. These advertisements are claiming to be endorsed by Shark Tank, Good Morning America, Dr. *** and more. These customers are ordering gummies and being told they could get a BOGO deal or one bottle for $39 but then are charged hundreds of dollars more, sometimes receiving several bottles of a different fake CBD brands, and all for it to recur monthly if they don't cancel their credit cards.

      Once again, these are not our products or our advertisements. Because these individuals aren't able to get ahold of "Spectrum CBD" they are searching ****** for "Spectrum CBD Gummies" and our website is all that comes up so we've been mistaken for this scam multiple times a day for 6 months now. We've also been told that some banks are giving these customers our phone number which is very hard to believe but we have heard it a handful of times.

      The best way for this customer to get his money back and prevent this from happening again is to call his bank and report being scammed. They will be able to help him.
