    I put down a deposit for a puppy in order to join the waitlist of this breeder.I tried to contact the breeder multiple times (over phone and via email) and NEVER GOT ANY response: I never got the opportunity to purchase a puppy OR have my deposit refunded.

    This client notified us that they would not be able to get a pup due to a car accident. We never refused service. Our deposit is non refundable but can be moved to a different litter or applied towards training services.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I emailed the business several times and tried calling. I never got any response or even acknowledgement of my attempts to contact this business. I had wanted to discuss keeping my original timeline because I still very much want a puppy and had set up PTO/time off work to take a puppy home in Q1 of 2024. However, this business was impossible to get a hold of and never even acknowledged my emails. I had no idea if they were even still operating. I am now in a position where this business has kept my deposit and I don't have a puppy.

    Several months later, I left a review of this business on ******* I got an email from the business complaining and threatening legal action.

    The emails I got from this business in response to my ****** review did NOT include the opportunity to purchase a puppy within the agreed upon time frame. The emails did NOT include the offer of moving the puppy to a different litter. Since I was never given the opportunity to purchase a puppy within the agreed upon timeframe, the breeder is in breach of their deposit contract. Therefore, I would like my deposit refunded. I would also like this business to stop harassing and intimidating me over any communication channel.

    I am done wasting time in this.

    THIS PERSON PLACED A NON-REFUNDABLE ****** DEPOSIT. SHE THEN CONTACTED US AND SAID SHE COULD NO LONGER PROVIDE FOR A PUPPY. SHE ALSO STATED SHE UNDERSTOOD IT WAS NONREFUNDABLE.

    I would attach her email if this site would have allowed for it.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The breeder breached the deposit contract and has not refunded my deposit. I would like this business to refund my deposit.

    As per the attached email, I asked if a refund was *possible* and stated that I understood that it may not be. In the event of the deposit not being refunded, I wanted to purchase a puppy or move my deposit to a different timeframe. The business never acknowledged receipt of my email. Therefore, I assumed I was still on the waitlist for a puppy. Despite numerous attempts to call and request purchase of a puppy, I was unable to get any response from this business. I was never offered the purchase of a puppy on the timeframe describe in the deposit agreement. The business never made any effort to contact me in order to offer me the purchase of a puppy within the agreed upon timeframe (and still has not offered me the purchase of a puppy). Therefore; the deposit contract was breached by the business and I am due a refund.

    Hi there,

    I am still not able to purchase a dog from this business and they have not refunded my deposit. As per the deposit agreement, I am able to move my deposit to a new litter but the business has not offered that. Since they are in breach of the contract, what recourse do I have to get my money back?
