      In response to your complaint I have attached a statement of the balance owed to Fraley Propane.  We value each of our customers and try very hard to provide the best service possible.  With that being said we are still a business with expenses that must be paid.  While we appreciate each of our customers we must ask our customers to respond to our employees in a respectful manner and do require balances to be paid within terms.  We can always work with customers and give them a little extra time to pay when needed but can't extend payment time out over several months.

      The propane tank at your residence does belong to Fraley Propane and you pay an annual rental for that tank as you can see on the attached statement.  I am very sorry you are unhappy with our service as we have tried to work with you to resolve the problem however we did provide you with propane and do require the balance to be paid.  Thank you for your payments thus far but will still require the balance to be paid in full as soon as possible.

      Fraley Propane will always strive to deliver propane to our customers in a timely manner and work very hard to provide friendly service at a fair price.
