    I hired the business to come and clear my line. Business came and cleared the line for the cost of $190.00. I then found they had only cleared half of the line. I then had to have the business back because of continuing to have an issue. They came out and cleared the line of a complete stoppage. They have now sent me an invoice for $262.00. I do not feel I should pay this last invoice, the issue is that they had not done the job in the first place.

    THIS ISSUE WAS RESOVLED ON APRIL 25TH BY VOIDING INVOICE ***** IN THE AMOUNT OF 250.17. AFTER A PHONE CALL WITH *** ******** WHERE HE WAS RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, AND MADE FALSE CLAIMS I VOIDED THE INVOICE KNOWING HE WOULDN'T PAY. WHEN WE FIRST WENT OUT TO SNAKE HE ONLY WANTED THE KITCHEN LINE SNAKED. WE SNAKED IT AND FOUND IT TO BE FULL OF GREASE. WE CLEARED THE LINE AND GOT IT RUNNING. HE CALLED BACK ALMOST A MONTH LATER AND SAID HE HAD ANOTHER BACK UP. WE SNAKED THE MAIN LINE AND CLEARED A SOFT CLOG. THE SECOND INCIDENT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FIRST SNAKING. THE TECHS DID THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY AND AS ASKED TO DO. WHEN *** ******** DIDN'T PAY THE SECOND BILL I MADE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO HIM. HE FINALLY RESPONDED IN APRIL AND SPOKE WITH A DIFFERENT TEAM MEMBER THAN ME. I TRIED TO CALL HIM BACK MULITPLE TIMES OVER THE COARSE OF A SEVERAL DAYS. WHEN I FINALLY DID MAKE CONTACT WITH HIM ON THE PHONE HE WAS RUDE AND SAID MY TECHS DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB AND IT WAS OUR FAULT HE BACKED UP AGAIN AND HE WOULDN'T PAY AND THE OWNERS DAUGHTER AND THE FEMALE OWNER TOLD HIM HE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY. WHEN I CORRECTED HIM THE THE OWNER WAS IN FACT A MAN HE TOLD ME I DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING AND WAS LYING. WHEN HE STARTED TO CURSE AT ME I HUNG UP THE PHONE. I THEN WROTE OFF THE AMOUNT OF INVOICE ***** FOR 250.17 AND TAGGED HIM AS A DO NOT WORK FOR. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THIS ISSUE WAS ALREADY DEALT WITH AND DONE. I AM THE OFFICE MANAGER OF SPARKS PLUMBING AND SPOKE WITH THE TECHS THAT WENT OUT TO THE JOB BOTH TIMES AND AM CONFIDENT THAT THEY DID THEIR JOB CORRECTLY AND THE SECOND BACK UP WAS NOT OUR FAULT. I REALISE THOUGH THAT *** ******** WILL NEVER UNDER STAND THAT AND THAT WAS BEST TO CLOSE HIS ACCOUNT WITH US.
