    VERY angry about their dishonesty! I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment, which I was told would take 45 minutes to one hour, and handed them the keys 5 minutes early. I told the girl that I am on a tight schedule, and she said "I'll pull it right in". About 10 minutes later, I walked around the building to take a walk around the neighborhood, and my car was parked out back. I took my walk, returning 40 minutes later, AND MY CAR WAS STILL PARKED BEHIND THE BUILDING! The girl must have seen me coming, and told them to pull it in right away. I told her to stop them, as I didn't have time for their games. She got very grumpy with me, and told me she had been "very busy". She should have been honest with me up front, instead of wasting an hour of my time! I will cross them off my list, along with our incompetent *********** Do we have a PROFESSIONAL place in ****** to get a simple oil change????

Because a lot of the work we do is first come, first serve, we do get very busy at times. We do understand you were told an exact amount of time it would take, and for that we apologize that it took longer than you were told.
