      Received a lamp that was different than what the website had pictured. **** ****, I’m assuming owner of the store, emailed at first acting like it wasn’t a huge deal and he “guessed the supplier changed and he didn’t know.” This lamp was ordered November 11, 2024, and it is now January 16th, and no refund or acts of refund has been given. He then told me to donate it and show him a receipt for it and I would get a refund. Still- no communication from him again or refund has been given. $180 lamp I received was not what I ordered and now I’m out both a lamp & $180.

      I bought a Christmas present for my wife from them December 3, 2023. The mechandise finally arrived December11,2023. It was not as described and I returned it per their instructions and they received it December15th. I have contacted them numerous times concerning my refund and they keep blowing me off . As of today, January 12,2024 I still have not received a refund and now they won’t answer my emails. They have the mechandise as proven by usps tracking and they still have my money

      I purchased dinnerware and received a few pieces broken. I emailed with photos the same day of delivery. He emailed back that he was confused because it was packed well. I emailed back and forth and never did Mark try and resolve the problem. I have tried calling and emailing several times to get this resolved. Order number *****. He said on July 6th he would respond back on July 17th because he was going on an 8 day vacation. I waited until the 18th to respond back to get the ball rolling on replacing the broken pieces. It is the 21st and still no response.

      On May 4 2023, I purchased a rug from this place at the price of $379.95. It was shipped out. There was a problem with the shipment and *****, I emailed with **** **** there and told him the problem, ***** sent the rug back to the business, **** said he would check with his supplier to see when they received it (he has never responded since this email). With the tracking number and also talking on the phone with *****, I can see that the rug was received at the business supplier on May 17. **** will not reply to me via email, or answer my phone calls or call me back from my voicemails. They have the rug I ordered, I have not received it, they have my money and they have not refunded my money or talked to me at all! Its been over a month now.
