    On March 24th, 2025 a Monday i had an appointment with cripple creek automotive. Unfortunately i was not able to physically bring my car so my friend ***** brought my car for me, when he left the car i told him to leave his number so they could call him. at 12:34pm i missed a call from ******** the store owner and i was able to return his call at 14:33pm where he informed me he wasn't able to call ***** as he was not the car owner and could not authorize anything on the car which made sense so i authorized him to fix my fuel pump which he said was DEFINITELEY the issue and was the reason my car wasn't running and the cost was $448. My car had been gone for a week with no update before my uncle told me that Jerimiah's daughter had died and so i wasn't expecting anything for another week or so. On April 3, 2025 i missed a call at 14:56pm i called back at 15:32pm and was told that ******** stepped out and would be back in 10 mins to call me and i honestly forgot about the call and received nothing else. Today April 7, 2025 i received a call at 11:36am and declined it as i was at work i then received a message from a separate number # ************* saying "We have attempted to contact you regarding your 1998 **** explorer" i responded with a message telling them that i not once had recived anything stating they needed to talk to me about my car other than a single phone call that i never heard back from. my phone updated at 11:37am with a voicemail from him stating "We are trying to reach ****** AGAIN about her explorer thank you." in a very very rude and unmannered way to which i called right back and was not very happy on the phone stating "i have not recived a call from you" to which he angrily responded "well we have proof to show you" but i have my side that shows none. after getting past that bump i was informed that my friend all of a sudden was able to authorize a change to my bill which he says he never said yess to and refused to fix my car unless i agreed

    I dont know if you will recive this but i also have proof of him addmitting i was not the one to authorize the repairs. I was told even if ***** dropped my car off he was NOT allowed to make the repairs and i have ***** and my uncle who went to the shop with me as witnesses i also have the original quote of what i agreed to. Jasons name is not on my car and the policy is he cannot make repairs not only that but ***** never spoke to the man at the shop about keys and the number he left with the man is my uncle ******** number whos also not on my car nor is he allowed to athorize repairs. The guy is claiming he spoke to me or ***** but he did not and mor importantly he didnt speak to me so im disputing the $250. At the bottom are the ss of the original price i received.

    Here are my friends call logs screenshotted of only one call on the 25th of march about the car of which i did not recive a call that day. I really dont think its okay that his policy changed and authorized the repair after telling me that was not allowed because he didnt want to have to pay the shop fee twice and was impatient. If i can ** answer you dont make the repair until i talk to you

    Im also finding that the completion date was changed several times without contacting me once at all so

    I found the original estimate with the original completion date that shows the fuel pump and diagnostic not the keys so i never authorized nonee of that

    Hello, im writing you to you today (04/17/2024#****x2) because of the company listed above not only over charging me, but also leaving me with my vehicle in worse condition than what i brought it in with. As listed in the photos, the first copy ( the smaller amount given) was the plan we agreed to due on the fact i didn't have much funds and also because of the fact i had already bought these parts and they are at my home. I asked them specifically not to do any other parts and i had mentioned specifically not to worry about the rest of the vehicle, ONLY the brake pads. the male i talked to said he understood and would respect my request, due to the fact i knew most of the mechanics secrets they do to make us come back, he agreed to knowing about this issues, the young blonde lady was standing there listening to the whole agreement. When they decided to do these services, not once did i get a phone call, they just went ahead and did it themselves going against me, and adding more to my bill without my permission or knowledge, till i decided to come check in after awhile of no word of my vehicle! The store had provided me with their trust and completely did the opposite and caused more issues that i didn't have before, and now i do! When i was trying to understand why, the man with a long ***** had tried telling me he couldn't leave me with my car like it was (the small master brake leak), but yet gave it back to me more leaks & breaking my hood popper! I was not given my keys until i paid, which i needed to find help doing so. when i drove away going down that ****, i went to push on my breaks, and i had NO BREAKS! i had to use my emergency brake all the way back home (in ***********). i had no major issues before, and as you can see, they did way more than they said and gave me more issues and unplugged my sensor! i had passed my emissions, and now i can't according to autozone. *****'s Auto *********************************************************** where i got a 2nd oppion_+*****
