- Refund and Exchange Policy
- For hotel rooms: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
For RV sites and tent camping sites: Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival are non-refundable.
No refunds are issued for early departures, no-shows, or for unused nights. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. - Business Categories
