    I gave RJ Clark all of my paperwork to file taxes in late February 2024. I called first part of April ******************************************************************** RJ was working on my taxes as we spoke. I called several times, talked with the receptionist a couple times and then left voice messages every week, several emails, stopped by the office and it was closed. No one will respond back to me to me. I called the *** today 7/30/24. They told me the taxes were never filed but an extension was filed by RJ Clark and Associates on 4/14/24. The *** says that I will be responsible for the penalties and interest because of non-filing? I am trying every avenue to get these people to cooperate. They have all my original paperwork, documents, and receipts for write-offs on my return. I am horrified, disappointed and angry. This unprofessionalism is affecting my life. I am contacting the accountant board, filing a complaint with the *** and the Better Business Bureau.

    January 2022 I provided ************** Clark with my tax information for him to file my taxes. I have not paid anything for this transaction. Some of my tax information was copied and given back, but some of the forms were my original statements and I do not have copies. I have stopped by and spoken with ****** and he says my statements are in a box and he needs time to unpack them and promises to get back to me, but never does. I have been going by his office and called him dozens of times, starting in June of 2022 up until now, May 2023, including today May 1. I have also called multiple times and left dozens of messages. I have also spoken with other associates who took down my phone number, but again, I never heard back from him. They seem to not be trying to resolve the issue. I simply want my paperwork back, so I can do my taxes somewhere else.
