Beware. This company totally bungled their work. The owner came out and assessed my hvac system (before a new furnace was installed) to give me a bid on sealing the inside of the ducts. The owner contacted the hvac company that was installing the new furnace and asked if he would have the clearance needed on the new system to attach his equipment. He said he was told yes, but he would send one of his people to my house during the install to confirm this. The owner reneged on that critical step in the process and did not send anyone because he is short of workers. When AeroSeal got to my house to seal everything, it turned out that they could not access my vents but said they could probably figure out a way to make it work. Then, they told me they could not seal the return vents. If the owner had taken 5 minutes to pull the grills of those vents, he would have know this. And, they left black wheel marks from the equipment on my carpet (I was able to clean it off) and they gouged the custom wood door frame (I was not able to repair myself). The last straw was the owner took no responsibility for any of this mess and blamed in to the hvac company. He also told them not to seal any ducts - than goodness they ignored him. It turns out it is cheaper to have the hvac company seal everything up with mastic on the outside of the vents. I would avoid AeroSeal if I were you. They do not seem to be competent and are way overpriced.
