    Order replace filter October 13th and now its November 5th still have received my filter. I have called no answer I have emailed no answer I need this to get out to others that this place is a scam. I order a filter last year it came but not this time.

    I have set up a subscription for a filter to be delivered every 3 months - they have charged me monthly for the past 3 months but have never received a filter - I have called and emailed multiple times with no answer or returned message - I am going to cancel my subscription and want a full refund

    I renewed a furnace air filter subscription from Colorado Box Company (dba Flow Right) in May of this year. I was billed for the service but never received delivery of the product. I have placed a dozen calls and emails to all contacts I can find for the company, all to no answer. I believe this company may be fraudulently accepting payments without delivery or is completely automated with no recourse for customer issues.

    I ordered filters from location on 6/13/24 under order number 4444. Total amount taken was $55.58. I have waited close to a month at this point and have not received any product. I have contacted the location on 8 different occasions. 4 via email and 4 via telephone over the past week. I have yet to be given a response or an order status. This is my last ditch effort before I start looking at legal ramifications.
