    they charged to much we coud not pay so they came an took it backwe told them we wanted a replacement they said they would we would have to go there to pick up we think they need to bring it to us they took our old one we need a replcement but we have to go there

    Mr and ****************** agreed to the purchase price the system o. 4:19/21 and as part of the discount they traded in their old System (these are donated after 7days from purchase), the item was financed through our financing partners. After collection efforts were exhausted the account was charged off on 7/11/22 and the system was repossessed August 15, 2022 at the time of repossession ****************** asked for his original system back, our rep explained that was no longer available and had been donated some time ago. 
    The rep offered to give ****************** another one of our traded in systems and welcomed him to come pick up a system as a courtesy. 
    ****************** has since called the office only to be again offered a courtesy used traded in system, he just has to come pick up said unit.

    This offer still stands and the customer is welcome to come pick something up.

    All obligations have been met by our company and we are offering you a replacement (a used trade-in) as a kind gesture to you. The offer still stands and you are welcome to pick it up or arrange your own pick up service.
