      Hello, I checked with my **************** in early Sept 2024 to make sure they covered an allergy test. Since moving I have had worse allergies and I wanted to know what they were. On Sept 20 2024 I went into Colorado Allergy and Asthma Centers located in **********, *** to be tested. They took my insurance card. I paid the $20 ********* word from them whatsoever that my insurance didn't go through, no warning, nothing. On Nov 30 2024 I was charged $959 (again, no warning). I called them and said this wasn't right. They seemed nice, "O, we will figure this out." attitude. It is not mid Jan and they have not refunded me and have not solved the issue. I have called many times and left messages and they do not call me back. One person I spoke with said there was a note that I was not insured that day. I contacted my insurance and they have not received a claim from them and confirmed I did have insurance for the entirety of 2024. For no reason would I not have insurance for a random day.I'm looking to get my credit card refunded the $959 that my insurance does cover. In the meantime, this is taking up my time and is extremely stressful as I cannot afford this $959. Since it is now over a month since this charge I am acquiring interest on the charge.

      Under Colorado law SB23-093 they are trying to charge me over 24% interest for a ****** bill.I reached out numerous time to talk about an issue i had with one of there bills.They are trying to charge me over ****** dollars to just read over my results. I called numerous times to talk to the office manager and they never called me back. My final bill was under ****** which they know that under Colorado law any debt under 500 cant be reported to a credit agency. In addition under sb23093 they cant charge anything above 3% for any medical debt.
