    Dates- 8/14/24,8/16/24,8/21/24,8/23/24 I had brought my pet Namielle- Bearded Dragon Lizard in to be seen whom was very ill on the above dates as well as many medical phone calls and emails. When requested his medical charts on 9/4/2024 I was told that it would be emailed to me but the veterinarian needed to work on filing out and completing information in his chart. I have continued to email and leave messages multiple times since that date as they never sent me his full medical charts of which I have been in need of. They will not call back or respond via email since 9/4/2024 and I have no other alternative except to seek out help. I had multiple tests, procedures and images done in him and anytime I questioned if very specific necessary tests were performed I received no answers. The veterinarian he received care from was ****-***** Ruo?, DVM.
