      This is, without question, the worst company you can deal with. They are unqualified to work on appliances, they don't repair anything, and they take forever to get out to your home. They made multiple visits to repair our washing machine; it took weeks, and in the end, they repaired NOTHING. It was as non-functional as the day they first visited our home. The customer service is atrocious, and they do not care about their reputation, as clearly demonstrated by the * on this BBB.

      If there was a 0 star rating I would give it to them. Frankly, just read the following reviews and they clearly state everything we went through with these charlatans. Ill be letting Lowes know how terrible they are being represented by these crooks. NEVER, EVER use them or be assigned them by your warranty company. Ever!

      I recently needed a refrigerator repaired. It was Not cooling at all. 7 years ago I purchase this refrigerator from ***** and bought the warranty. So, my refrigerator was covered under this warranty until March, 2005. I called the warranty company, and they sent out Aurora Appliance Repair. For the next 8 weeks, Aurora Repair sent three repairmen to fix the problem. Each time, the repairman said he had to order parts which took 8 - 10 days. PROBLEM NEVER FIXED! They said the warranty required them to come four times before they could declare the refrigerator irreparable! Now, we were moving into 9 weeks without a working refrigerator. Finally, I called the warranty company and pleaded with them to help us declare the refrigerator Irrepairable. They said it had to come from the repair company. A few days later, we received a letter from the warranty company telling us they would give us a gift certificate to almost cover the cost of a new refrigerator from Lowes! When we call Aurora Repair, they were surprised and dismayed to hear this. Here are the problems with Aurora Appliance Repair. We never received a call back from the company regarding service questions we had. Repairmen criticized the other repairmen. They replaced the same parts twice. They took 8-10 days to receive parts. They were totally unresponsive to questions that we had. I have looked at their reviews. They have received an F for service. Well deserved. . Never use them, and I have contacted Lowes to make them aware of this problem. I imagine Lowes chose them because they are the cheapest repair company they could find. We are also finished shopping at ***** as a result of this terrible experience.

      Literal worst repair company ever. They damage more than they fix. Refuse this company if they're assigned to you through a home warranty or ****** service. You'll spend months of your life fighting to get them to fix what they broke. I have requested a supervisor to speak to and here I am 3 months later after repeatedly calling without being able to speak to a supervisor. I only get a Ukrainian guy sent who speaks almost no English and has less idea about how to fix things than I do. He clearly has no qualifications and is possibly an illegal worker. I wish I had looked up reviews before I left them come damage my stove and cabinet.

      I want my money back. I now paid over $2,000 to get a Frigidaire dishwasher installed. If there was a zero star, I would check it. ******* stole over $1,600 from me and made it worse. As of today the machine is not properly installed. Months have passed. I will review everywhere until I receive a cashier's check from Aurora Appliances.

      Terrible company. Poor service, incompetent technician, ZERO communication.This company was sent via *** home warranty to repair my oven with an intermittent issue. His diagnostic technique was to turn the oven on and then talk LOUDLY on the phone in Russian for the entirety of the visit. Never disassembled the unit, never tested electrical connections, never visually inspected working parts of the appliance. He said "there is no problem". I remained in the room the entire time - when he asked me to sign the invoice I asked him why he never performed any inspection or cleaning, he says "I turned it on and let it run". Worthless.I called the company 5 times over 2 months and specifically asked for a return call from a supervisor. The kind woman apologized and stated she would "prioritize the message" every time I spoke with her. This company is fraudulent and somehow holds contracts with warranty companies (***, *****, ******, etc). I have no option for refund of deductible and was forced to go out of pocket for a reputable company to reconcile the repair.Absolutely DO NOT allow this company to enter your home.

      This place is terrible; do not call for service or if your warranty assigns it to them, plead for a different provider. After assignment from Cinch Home Warranty for a claim since the lever for our ice/water dispenser quit working, they sent a tech to do the service check. He checked and said that they had to order which needed to be authorized by Cinch. Got a call a couple of days later to reschedule to install. The tech came back and worked for about an hour and said that the main panel had gone out and theyd need to order that part now. He admitted that hed never worked on this type of fridge and while I was working from home heard him calling multiple times someone (although I couldnt understand any of the convo as he was speaking in russian or similar language). He left. *** never called me back so I kept calling their service but the rep kept saying that they were waiting on Cinch. 5 calls and asked 4 times to speak with someone in their service **** or a supervisor. The rep was unable to transfer me to anyone but kept promising that someone would call me. No one ever did. I called Cinch and they called to let them know that it was authorized two days agao. Still no call so I called AAR again and they said that they were still watiing on Cinch. Called Cinch and they said, nope, it authorization was sent and it was up to AAR to order the part. Its been 4 weeks now and luckily ***** reassigned the claim to someone else and are putting AAR under internal investigation (thats what they told me anyway).

      Absolutely the worst. Kept on rescheduling my service at the last minute causing me to repeatedly have to miss work. Technician used vulgar language toward me repeatedly and when I called the main line to complain, they refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. RUN, DONT WALK, RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I did not select them they were chosen by Frigidaire to service the warranty on my dishwasher.

      If I could summarize my experience with one word it would be pathetic. To call this company incompetent would be wrong because they have figured out everyway to maximize service calls and warrantee work and drag the process out as long as possible to do everything but fix your appliance. Read these reviews prior to letting this company near you home- here is what you can expect- people to show up quickly and do nothing but speak a foreign language and and phone a friend. Remove a s**** here and there and then then kind of replace them. Figure out any reason not to be able to repair your appliance to be able to come back again and bill yet another service fee. Like I said pathetic, but in the network of approved *********************** for American Home Shield. Do not make my same mistake and allow them into you home.
