    We purchased a $14,000 Thermador double stove and oven in late 2019. As a precaution, we also purchased the 3 year extended warranty. the stove has had 3 repairs already ( may be a lemon) and the most recent problem was that the oven broiler stopped working- 1 side then the second oven. We called the complaint in November 2022 and the company/employees have scheduled month long waits for technicians, admittedly falsified repair documentation and the problem is still not resolved. the technician ****** ws just at our home on April 11th to install the ignitor and instead put in a circuit board for the oven! he showed me how the oven was working and I reminded him that the oven wasn't the problem to which he sheepishly replies " I misdiagnosed this part nut you got a free part-haha"??? he informed us that he had the ignitor but he couldn't put it in because he need help and that his back was hurting and that he wanted us to sign a waiver of some sort. he called his supervisor from his service vehicle and came back inside and informed us that he would be back with more time to perform the repair on May 2nd. after he walked out I received an email confirmation for a next appointment to install the correct part is now May 27th! The technician ****** consistently blames his supervisor and the warranty company management just apologizes , say they will escalate my repair but no one calls back and my original problem is now 6 months unresolved.

    On 11/22/21, I placed an order with Appliance Connection(Dealer) to purchase a Thermador range Model # PRD606WEG. At the time I ordered the unit was not available. I was advised that due to the pandemic it was running approx. 8 months behind. I have been in contact with the Dealer on numerous times and they have attempted to get an update but Thermador is not providing any information. Thermador's own website states that it should take approx. 6 months to receive the product from being ordered as indicated verbatim below:Q: How long could it take to receive a product from the time it is ordered?A: We encourage customers to plan ahead to allow extra lead time for their products to be delivered. The length of these delays vary from product to product on a daily basis but fulfillment delays for some products have recently been around 4 to 6 months.I have been waiting for approx. 14 months which is almost 3 times their longest estimate and am getting no ETA. This product is also tied to other promotions that I am not able to receive due to the fact I haven't received the range. All of this and I paid in full. I believe I should be able to get an ETA on when i should expect the range.
