      Advance HOA has a major communication issue. Countless emails and voicemails go unanswered. Seems the ************** slumlords have a ********** effect on them. Advance is not so advanced, cant think for themselves.

      On November 9, 2022 - ******************* hired by *************************** (Advance HOA Management ) was on the property to remove leaves and finish landscaping for the season.That morning, ( November 9, 2022) ******************* Service was here to mow the lawn and remove the large amount of leaves in the area. The carports accumulate leaves by the porch and stairs. The team blew the leaves out of the carport area onto my car. THEN they used the commercial leaf blower to blow the leaves and dirt they blew on my car!! There were leaves in the bottom of my windshield by the windshield wiper that are impossible to get out. There are broken pieces of leaves forced down in the car window bottoms, also impossible to remove. Leaves were forced into the truck seal. My car was covered in dirt, leaves, dusk, and sap lines from the blown leaves. The force of the commercial leaf blower created a dusk storm that damaged my car with possible micro-scratches. Something needs to be done. I want my car detailed on the outside and cleared. I do not want anyone near my car that is doing maintenance in the area. I have the right for my car to be protected in my carport.I send many photos of leaves in my engine, sticky leaf marks on my car, dirt, and micro scratches. I witnessed the crew blowing and removing leaves off my car. They said they did clean my car off with a commercial leaf blower.Finally after many attempts, to get a solution. Monarch the main company in LA, called on 11/11/2022 today and would only pay for a carwash. *****. at Monarch said I needed photos before this happened and a video of the of the workers doing the damage! I was told ******* would not use a leaf blower by cars again. Too late.I want my car back to the condition it was in on Wednesday morning, not a car wash. Damage to personal property through another's negligence,I am furious that my property is not protected at Sugarmill. The management company Advance HOA did nothing to support me.

      ******- I am truly sorry and understand this is very frustrating. The community manager has escalated this issue to the ***** of ********* and is waiting for their direction after a conversation with ********************* services to see if HOA involvement is needed. I will follow up with the community manager as to next steps.

      Worst HOA company HOA ever!!!. They dont hold vendors accountable for billing as their contracts indicate. We were over- billed by thousands of dollars!Also, I issued a complaint on another topic, and our representative from this company, didnt even provide the information to our HOA board!! Then when I inquired during an HOA meeting, ***************** told me that the answer to my complaint was none of my business! Seriously! So unprofessional!Im glad were going to change to another company!!

      ****** I agree with you that our managers and Boards should work in partnership to confirm and inspect contracted work on behalf of the Association. While we never want to lose clients, sometimes these relationships run there course. We wish you and the community nothing but the best in the future.

      The manager from this company has been very receptive to our needs as a community. When different water lines broke in the community, the manager was able to get people out here to fix the problems within a short period. She has guided the board on how to protect our community from fraudulent vendors. She has assisted the *** board in hiring contractors to do jobs like painting, gutter work, lighting, resurfacing parking lots, redoing concrete walk-ways and repairing our patios.

      Advance Hoa has been managing my community for about 7 years and have worked hard to keep our community in great shape. I was the president of the board that hired AdvanceHOA and is one of the best decisions I made. The manager guided me and the board through many difficult times and projects, with little disruption. They helped us hire an exceptional maintenance person who has helped us keep 316 units in good repair, even though our aging water and electrical systems are showing there ****. I highly recommend AdvancHOA.

      Worst HOA company on the planet. They provide no services to their customers and will harass you endlessly even when you're not the homeowner anymore.

      Horrible horrible horrible HOA management company. They have put our ********************* $80,000 in debt by continuing to employ an incompetent landscape company that is ruining our landscaping and have been having problems since last winter. They continue to give them chances meanwhile we homeowners are paying for this debt. Our representative *********************************, is unresponsive, rude, and doesnt do ANYTHING. We are in such debt because of her and the boards decisions that a lien could be placed on my home because of THEIR poor management and judgement. Stay far far away from these idiots.

      ************ is not an apartment complex where the managing agent makes contractual decisions and has the freedom to spend the communities money. The ***** of ********* ************** and execute contracts on behalf of your community. As the managing agent we simply manage the ****************. The ***** has recently decided to move away from the current landscape company and contract with a new one for the remainder of the season. The prior company that had the contract for 10 years went out of business. ****** brought 8 landscape companies in for proposal. It is unfortunate that the selected company did not meet anyones expectations. I would suggest attending the monthly board meetings to become more familiar with the community and not make random assumptions about our company, your board of directors, or matters of the ************ HOA.

      Ive attended every board meeting except for 1 in the past year. Might I suggest you step in and do something about the board that makes careless, wreckless decisions? And while were making suggestions, maybe you all, including ******, can work your unprofessional, rude, disgusting responses and get to work and do something! Thanks!
